北京大数据研究院(Beijing Institute Of Big Data Research 网址:www.bibdr.org )成立于2015年8月27日,是在北京市委市政府的支持与指导下,由中关村管委会、海淀区政府、北京大学、北京工业大学四方共同筹建。北京大数据研究院是国内首个整合了政府、大学和市场三方面资源的大数据研究机构,目标是吸引国际一流大数据研究人员加入研究院,用五到十年的时间,建成国际一流的大数据教育、科研创新和产业化平台,成为中国乃至世界大数据产业发展的一面旗帜。研究院地址:北京大学静园6号院。
目前根据业务需要,拟招聘自然语言处理研究员/高级研发人员 2-3人;大数据处理系统高级研发人员 2-3人。具体要求如下:

自然语言处理研究员/高级研发人员 2-3人
工作职责
负责大数据环境下自然语言处理、数据挖掘及相关智能应用系统的设计开发工作。具体包括:
信息抽取、知识图谱构建、语义索引与搜索引擎开发、自然语言问答系统等;
负责大规模机器学习算法的发布式计算平台研发工作。
工作要求
计算机相关专业,硕士以上学历,1-3年自然语言处理、机器学习、数据挖掘、搜索引擎等相关工作经验;
熟练掌握c++、linux后台开发;
扎实的数据结构和算法功底;
思维敏捷,乐于钻研,积极主动,勇于接受挑战,富有良好的团队精神。
符合以下条件之一者优先
自然语言处理专业背景;
大型互联网公司或互联网系统平台开发经验2年及以上;
熟练的英文技术文献阅读和理解能力以及良好的论文写作能力。

大数据处理系统高级研发人员 2-3人
工作职责
负责大数据分析及处理系统架构设计、系统设计、核心代码开发。具体包括:
大数据分析及处理系统的架构设计和技术平台选型,发布式算法实现,大数据平台调试、在线问题分析与动态扩展维护等。
工作要求
1-3年以上软件开发经验,1年以上互联网行业的Hadoop平台搭建与开发经验;
有MapReduce 程序的实战开发经验,具备根据特定环境灵活利用开源技术实现大数据应用的经验和能力;
阅读过Hadoop核心代码,对基于Hadoop的大数据生态体系有深入认识,具备相关产品(Hadoop、Hive、Hbase、Pig等)项目应用研发经验;
熟悉分布式计算系统的工作机制,能熟练运用相关核心技术的各种工作模式;
工作积极主动,具备很强的责任心、团队合作精神、良好的语言表达及沟通交流能力。
符合以下条件之一者优先
具备大型互联网公司及大数据计算系统平台开发经验2年及以上;
从事大型自然语言处理及机器学习系统研发2年及以上;

Job description
• As a Research Staff Member at BIBDR in Natural Language Processing & Cognitive Computing Laboratory, your job will be to research, develop and deliver innovative technologies leveraging a variety of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning, Data Mining and Semantic Web related capabilities. These technologies include (but not limited to)
• Chinese Natural Language Processing / Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Dialogue Management,
• Ontology and Knowledge Graph,
• Knowledge Representation and Reasoning,
• Supervised learning and Unsupervised learning,
• Semantic Query and Semantic Search
• Linked Data and Social Media
Requirements
This position requires creativity, dexterity, and technical depth to solve real-world problems and the successful candidate will require strong analytical, leadership, and excellent communication skills along with the drive to deliver real-world innovative technologies and solutions to impact the research agenda.
Candidates with Ph.D. and Master in Linguistics, Information Science, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related areas, with the following qualifications are required:
• Outstanding researcher with a proven track-record on both conceptual and empirical aspects in the areas of NLP and HCI, or a related area;
• Good software development experience and programming skills to implement algorithms and conduct experiments.

Research Assistant - Cloud Computing
Job description
In the Cloud Computing area, BIBDR researchers develop differentiating technologies on NLP/Machine Learning and have them applied to cloud computing platform for significant technological and industrial impact. The major focused areas include but not limited to:
• Semantic Searching Environment, which aims to develop a reliable and scalable Cloud infrastructure for achieving both extreme efficiency and workload agility through dynamic assembly of heterogeneous resources for workload fit systems. This requires deep research in the capabilities of workload and resource abstraction, continual optimization, continuous application delivery, etc.
• Cloud Operational Analytics, which aims to extract business and operational insights from a hug amount of data aggregated from different levels of the entire systems. This deep learning based approach enables many scenarios in terms of application performance management, problem determination and trouble-shooting, capacity planning, etc., which cannot be done before.
Requirements
This position requires creativity, dexterity, and technical depth to solve real problems and the successful candidate will require strong analytical, leadership, and excellent communication skills.
